Day 1

Arrived at Seoul, Incheon Intl' Airport early in the morning,
like 6 plus am korea time, which is 1hr ahead of Singapore.
took asiana airlines,
and they kept repeating that they won top airline of the year 2009.
sheesh.
guess it must be the first time they won,
since you don't see SIA doing that.
hah.
the plane wasn't too bad though.
just that travelling hours was damn long.

and also think the economic crisis had hit the airline industries quite badly.
the plane was damn empty la!
i took like 3 seats on my own!
WAHAHHAHA!

here are photos for the day(:

me, mummy and bro!
taken outside the airport.

our first meal in korea!

this was some hot pot thingy,
but they use some square pot thingy that's pretty shallow,
so the soup not a lot.
and one thing in korea is that they serve kimchi EVERY MEAL!
BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER!
eat until damn sian.
lol.
but it's not too bad la the food there(:

daddy and mummy!

after lunch,
we took a domestic flight down to Jeju island.
and fyi,
Jeju is not that cold, like 10 degrees,
but the wind damn strong, making it damn damn cold!

cherry blossoms in jeju on the way to our first scenic place - some waterfall!

it's a bridge with like dragons and other animals' statues on it.

on the bridge with bro.

some building, forgot what it is.
lol.

this is how traditional houses look like in korea.

next we went down to this windmill behind lotte hotel.

the flowers there are damn pretty!

sea's at the side only.

aparently, this looked like where the korean dramas were filmed at.

this biscuit thingy was damn huge.
so i decided to take a photo of it(:

it shows the direction and distance of each country from the place.
not sure if it's true though.

next we headed down to the seaside to look at stones that were formed naturally.
Jeju island was formed by a volcano eruption,
so black stones were everywhere.
and the interesting thing about this place is the shape of the stones.
take a look!

look at the stones, round shape one!

this one is like poles.
