"I know of at least two distinct three-way relationships within which the partners (seem to) have all the love and consideration in the world for one another. The concept of halves, of there being one and only one other person you can love in your life, is outdated, when the broader relationship landscape is ever-changing. I firmly believe there is room within each person to afford to love more than just one other man - or woman - possibly even equally. It's only a matter of how willing you are to open yourself up and share your life."

i came upon this article on trevvy.
it's really interesting and got me thinking.
this is just a segment i extracted out.

my first thought was - impossible
my last thought? definitely impossible.

i can't believe people would think of three-way relationships.
will it EVER work?
the writer mention that there's definitely room for more than one person in your heart.
i agree with that,
since i have splitted my heart into many parts,
for my family, friends and lover.
but getting into a three-way relationship?
that's a no way for me.

imagine at the movies,
getting three tickets instead of two.
and then in the movies,
you are seated in the middle,
and you get to hold two people hands.
that's really WEIRD.

and the worse thing,
having sex?
it's like a threesome!
or with more partners involved - ORGY!

i guess i'm still really traditional in monogamy relationships.
i figured it's only right that i give my all to just one, not FEW.

alright,
that's just my point of view.
so tell me, what's your take on it?(:

Disclaimer: I'm not criticising the writer or anything of that sort. I admire him for his courage and also his really good writing skills.
