it's finally my birthday.
and im finally 16!

no more teasing of not being able to watch NC16 shows.
wahhahahah!
anyway thanks to all the people who had wished me(:

and special thanks to beiyu, zhou dao and liyan.
so sweet of them(:
they went to shop for my birthday gift,
even during O's period,
then came all the way down to my place to pass the gift to me.
thanks guys!

anyway went to mug today.
then had dinner with family at Sichuan Dou Hua,
the restaurant at UOB plaza.

it's like fine dining..
and we had our very own VIP room :D


since the restaurant is located on the 60th plus floor,
we had a great view of singapore.


a usual sichuan style of serving tea.
damn cool right?
reminds me of the time when i went chengdu.


and here's the waitress with our first dish!



the first dish, my soup :D
it's like green in colour.
but it's not some vegetable soup.
it's called eight treasure soup,
with all kinds of seafood in it.
not forgetting sharkfin.
DAMNNNN SHOIK!


next was this mix seafood of squid, prawns and fish.
damn spicy but damn good.
the squid was cheewy, prawns were great, and the fish just taste so different from the usual kind.

it's like the 'glass prawns',
if u get what i mean.


next dish was peking duck.
it's wrap in this popiah skin.
not too bad either.


and this is the tofu.
kind of pathetic i guess.
but really shoik!
love the dry scallop on it.


here's the famous sichua dan dan mee.
spicy but good.


look at how cute the bowl is.


lastly, my chocolate birthday cake from raffles hotel.
sis bought it.
the waitress there even placed the cake on a happy birthday plate.
how cute..
hahahs!


it's only 2 pieces,
because the bakery at raffles don't sell the entire cake =.=
but these 2 pieces is like damn expensive la.
costs a total of 26 bucks.

these aren't the only food though,
there were other food,
but some forgotten to take photos of it.
too excited to savour every single dish.
ahhahas!

it's really a nice place to have dinner.
about 50-60 bucks per pax.
do try there if you feel like splurging(:
